Our CEO, Juan David Payares, led PayOli’s commitment at the FlaSEIA and LBA Legislative Days in Tallahassee. This advocacy is vital to safeguarding the policies that keep renewable energy accessible and ensure a strong ROI for all users. By supporting legislation that fosters green jobs and technical innovation, we help ensure Florida’s energy sector remains competitive.

At the 2025 FlaSEIA Summit, Founder & CEO Juan David Payares joined the "Florida, Solar, and Hurricanes" panel to discuss how engineering-driven design and solar and storage are redefining energy resilience in hurricane-prone regions. Adding to this success, PayOli was honored with the FlaSEIA Photo & Design Installation Award for the Gulliver Prep School Solar Canopy. This project was recognized for its structural innovation and educational value, serving as a striking symbol of environmental leadership on campus.

PayOli was honored as Specialty Contractor of the Year at the 44th Annual Latin Builder Association (LBA) Awards, recognizing our team’s engineering mastery and quality execution. In a double victory, Founder & CEO Juan David Payares was also named LBA Rookie Director of the Year, highlighting the company’s rising leadership within the South Florida building community.

With Miami officially designated as the "Climate Tech Hub of the Americas," PayOli is stepping up to the challenge. We are committed to ensuring that new commercial and industrial facilities meet the highest standards of sustainability and LEED certification. By integrating Microgrid and Energy Storage solutions, we are helping transform Miami into a global model for urban resilience and technical innovation.

Every year, PayOli welcomes a new group of talented students through our Annual Internship Program. This initiative offers a comprehensive view of the industry, where interns rotate through all areas of the company, including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting. Beyond the office, they gain invaluable hands-on experience and participate in the real-world execution of solar and energy storage solutions.

Our annual event where we recognize PayOli members and bring them together with our employees to Elevate the Meaning of Energy and promote a sustainable future. We are a common denominator for the community, our employees and partners.

PayOli Solar supports The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Energy ResilienceSpark 2.0, which discussed the Shore Power Transition and the Future of Electric Vehicle Transportation. As a member we are committed to support ongoing and future events.

As a non-profit organization, JJPB Foundation has helped underserved communities since 2007. In partnership with local and international foundation such as Sharing for Kids, its main purpose focuses on health & nutrition, business training & development as well as culture and sports.

It is a team of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's 'Leadership Miami Program' that aims to improve quality of life for Miami-Dade residents. They connect community groups, leaders and businesses contributing to Miami's future.

PayOli Solar donated funds and expertise to build the 'Healthcare Heroes Garden' at West Kendall Baptist Hospital in Miami. The garden serves as a meditating space for hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
